Welcome to Smash Iron Online (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, online platform, coaching services, programs, content, community forums, or other features (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the following legally binding Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) to access our programs and Services.
2. Services Provided
Smash Iron Online provides educational programs, digital coaching, fitness and nutrition content, habit tracking tools, live support, and access to an online community for health and lifestyle transformation.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials provided—workbooks, videos, frameworks, branding, messaging, and systems—are owned by Smash Iron Online LLC. This includes content created by contractors or coaches under a Work-for-Hire relationship. Reproducing, reselling, republishing, or modifying our content is prohibited.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Show up and participate to the best of their ability
Be honest with their coach or accountability partner
Avoid sharing login credentials or program materials
Communicate respectfully with our team and other members
5. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment Terms:
Payment is due in full unless a payment plan is selected.
Deposit payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Refunds:
Select programs (such as our Executive Program) come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Refunds are granted only if:
You complete at least 80% of the program
You actively communicate and follow guidance
You request the refund within 7 days of completing the program
Refunds are not provided due to:
Missed sessions
Failure to participate
Changing your mind
Non-compliance
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule live sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session. Payment plans must be completed in full, regardless of early withdrawal.
7. Health Disclaimer
We do not provide medical advice. Always consult your physician before starting a new fitness or nutrition regimen. Smash Iron Online is not responsible for injury, illness, or negative reactions resulting from program participation.
8. Results Disclaimer
We cannot and do not guarantee results. Your success depends on your effort, consistency, and honesty. Testimonials are not guarantees of typical results.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Share inappropriate content in community spaces
Harass or belittle other members or coaches
Spam, self-promote, or solicit business in our communities
Distribute pirated or unlicensed versions of our content
We reserve the right to remove you from the program without refund for violations.
10. Non-Solicitation and Confidentiality
You may not solicit coaches, clients, or team members for outside opportunities, recruit for competing services, or misuse any confidential business information, including systems, pricing, and client data.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages or injuries—physical, financial, or otherwise—that may occur during or after use of our Services. Total liability shall never exceed the fees paid by the client.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our platform, coaching, or communities at our sole discretion if your behavior violates these terms or threatens the safety or integrity of the community.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to any class action or jury trial.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
15. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services implies your agreement to the updated version.
16. Community Guidelines
To maintain a safe, encouraging, and professional environment, all members agree to the following:
What’s Allowed:
Respectful conversations, feedback, and encouragement
Asking for help or clarification related to the program
Sharing personal breakthroughs or wins
Being vulnerable and open (within respectful limits)
Participating in live Zoom sessions with your video ON (if requested) and being present
What’s Not Allowed:
Disrespectful, aggressive, or demeaning language
Political, religious, or controversial debates (unless relevant to the topic at hand)
Selling, promoting, or recruiting for your own products or services without written approval
Spamming links, comments, or off-topic discussions
Harassment, threats, or inappropriate messages to members or coaches
Sharing screen recordings or program materials outside the group
Violations:
1st Violation: Private warning from the team
2nd Violation: Temporary removal from community access
3rd Violation: Permanent removal from program without refund
